Job Title: Mechanical QA Supervisor – Residential Scheme (London) Location: London Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Benefits Job Type: Permanent Our client, a well-established family-run residential contractor based in the South East, is currently seeking a Mechanical QA Supervisor to join their team on a large residential scheme in London. With a turnover of approximately £30 million, they have built a solid reputation delivering high-quality projects for leading developers including Bellway and Countryside. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage mechanical quality assurance processes across the project lifecycle. * Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using digital QA platforms. * Report defects and drive quality improvements with subcontractors and site teams. * Collaborate with project management, design, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: * Proven experience working in a Mechanical QA role on residential developments. * Strong working knowledge of Field View and Dalux is essential. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and compliance. * Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
