Job Title: Freelance Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out Location: London Sector: Commercial Fit-Out Employment Type: Freelance (CIS) About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project based in Central London. This is a high-end, fast-track scheme with a reputable contractor, offering the opportunity to work with a professional project team on a flagship project. Candidates must have experience working with Tier 1 main contractors and a proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, safety, and quality targets are met * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams * Maintain site health & safety and ensure compliance at all times * Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting * Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal project teams * Manage site logistics, deliveries, and scheduling Candidate Requirements * Demonstrable experience delivering commercial fit-out projects * Background with Tier 1 main contractors is essential * SMSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS (Black or White card preferred) * Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills * Ability to manage trades effectively and resolve on-site challenges
