Passive Fire Operations Supervisor

We’re seeking a dynamic Passive Fire Operations Supervisor to oversee multi-site fire stopping projects and drive operational excellence across high-risk buildings and social housing environments. As a Passive Fire Operations Supervisor, your day will involve: * Supervising teams of up to 20 fire stoppers across multiple sites * Managing fire protection installations * Conducting surveys and scoping fire stopping works * Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring compliance * Delivering exceptional customer service to Tier 1 contractors and housing clients * Forecasting, reporting and managing project finances * Using One Trace or similar passive fire apps to streamline operations What you’ll bring: * Deep knowledge of passive fire products (Rockwool, Firefly, Mulcol, Quelfire, MDL, Siderise, Nullifire, etc) * Proven experience in social housing and high-risk buildings * Strong leadership and personnel management skills * Ability to manage remote and on-site projects with precision * A customer-first mindset and a knack for problem-solving * Experience with Tier 1 contractors and high-stakes environments In return, the successful Operations Supervisor will receive: * Competitive salary up to £45,000 * A choice of company car, van or car allowance * Opportunity to shape fire safety standards across the UK * A supportive team and room to grow Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now
