Graphic Designer

Location: Barwell Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Pay: £13.75 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail. This role involves creating visually engaging designs that reflect our brand identity and support our marketing strategies. You will collaborate with colleagues across different teams to produce high-quality digital and print materials that effectively communicate our message and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities * Develop and design branding materials, including instruction sheets, brochures, and promotional graphics. * Create engaging web designs that enhance user experience while maintaining brand consistency. * Collaborate with marketing teams to produce visual content for campaigns across multiple platforms. * Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) to deliver compelling graphics and layouts. * Keep up to date with design trends and best practices in digital and print design. * Manage content within various CMS platforms, including WordPress. * Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and adapt based on feedback. Skills & Requirements Essential: * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) * Strong understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain design choices * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Strong team player with effective communication skills Desirable: * Experience with WordPress and content management systems * Knowledge of current and emerging design trends If you are interested please appy for the position today
