About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the delivery of major projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and managing financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the cost management process for projects up to £40–50m in value * Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, and tender documentation * Manage procurement strategies and contract administration * Provide accurate cost reporting and financial control throughout project lifecycle * Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery * Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop their skills About the Requirments * MRICS qualified with proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Strong track record of delivering projects up to £40–50m * Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes * Strong client-facing and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team About the Salary & Benefits Competitive salary up to £70,000 Discretionary bonus Professional development support Flexible working arrangements This is a fantastic opportunity for a chartered QS to join a growing consultancy with a strong pipeline of exciting projects
