Senior Site Agent / Project Manager Location: Leiston, Suffolk Duration: 6 Months Minimum (Potential to extend) Are you a Seasoned Site Agent or Project Manager with years of experience in the highways sector, are you looking for your next contract, this could be for you. You are not only joining a £120million project , but you are joining from the start! This is your chance to play a key role in delivering a major Highways project. The role will be supporting delivery of a new carriageway scheme involving earthworks, structures and general highways works. The Company Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor in the UK, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team on a key highways project. As a leading infrastructure contractor, they have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects. The Role As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve: Ensuring site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Managing project programme, costs, and quality standards. Liaising with clients, engineers, and other key stakeholders. Leading problem-solving and risk management efforts on-site. About You Strong Knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards. Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and project delivery. Proven track record on highways project.
