Site Manager - GU20

Site Manager Role: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our site in the Surrey region. We are currently working with a leading contractor who are looking to strengthen their construction team. Site Manager Responsibilities: You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount. You'll be working on a brand new, High-End Residential project Planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from start to finish Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing risks to minimise accidents and injuries Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersQualifications / Skills: CSCS card SMSTS First Aid Have previous experience working on High-End Residential projects Organised individual Site Manager Benefits: Pension package Healthcare package About us: Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment.
