Senior Project Manager

Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a critical facility based in Hereford. Senior Project Manager - FM Hereford £60,000 - £65,000 5% Bonus & Excellent Company Benefits * Working on a fast paced, critical infrastructure site in Hereford. * You will be responsible for delivering capex projects consisting of Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, asset replacements, building fabrics & capital works. * Leading delivery on site you will act as principle contractor responsible for all sub-contractors attending site to deliver specialist works. * Lead a small projects & lifecycle team. * Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with high-quality standards * Plan, procure, and coordinate all project, planned, and reactive maintenance activities to minimize disruption. * Projects will consist of lifecycle and variations works, mechanical & electrical upgrades as well as capital works. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, site-specific rules, and safety procedures. * Supervise contractors and subcontractors, reviewing RAMS, work permits, and on-site activities to guarantee safety and quality. * Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. * Applicants will be experienced delivering M&E project works within an FM or Building Services Maintenance enviornment. * It would be advantageous if applicants hold experience working on critical sites.
