Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading Principle Contractor, currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Cambridgeshire division. The role involves managing high-value life sciences and commercial projects, typically £150m, from inception through to completion. This is a high-profile position for an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects. * Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery. * Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams effectively. * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: * Extensive experience with Tier 1 main contractors. * Proven track record managing projects £150m. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities. * Experience in life sciences or commercial construction sectors preferred.
