Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment Location: NW1 4EJ (Office-based, no hybrid working) Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Dependent on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team and support a growing portfolio of social housing refurbishment projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of important housing works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage all commercial aspects of refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. * Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Oversee tendering and procurement processes. * Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. * Provide commercial guidance to ensure value for money and compliance with contractual obligations. Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing refurbishment projects. * Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction (HNC, degree, or equivalent).
