The Role * Lead and grow a team of M&E engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. * Oversee the delivery of design and consultancy projects from concept to completion. * Support business development and strengthen client relationships. * Champion best practice, quality, and innovation across the technical function. * Play a strategic role in expanding the consultancy’s expertise and services. About You * Strong background in M&E engineering, ideally within consultancy. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop engineers. * Commercially astute with excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Able to balance hands-on technical input with broader management responsibilities. * Ambitious, forward-thinking, and motivated to build a high-performing team.
