Part-Time Document Controller – Flexible Hours (2 Days/Week) Location: On-site Hours: Approx. 2 days per week to start – Flexible working hours Contract: 1–2 years Sector: Construction / Sustainability / Administration About the Role: Our client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Document Controller to support their growing team. This role will begin with approximately 2 days per week, with the potential for hours to increase over time depending on project needs. The successful candidate will be based on-site, with flexible working hours, assisting in managing and maintaining critical project documentation, particularly focused on sustainability records and the ACC Aconex portal system. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and organise project documentation in line with company and industry standards * Input and update sustainability-related data and documents * Use and manage the ACC Aconex portal system * Prepare and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets for reporting * Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentation Candidate Requirements: ✅ Experience with ACC Aconex (or similar document control systems) ✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ✅ Experience in a construction or sustainability-related environment (desirable) ✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision The Offer: ✔ Flexible, part-time hours (starting at 2 days/week) ✔ On-site working environment ✔ Potential for increased hours as projects evolve ✔ Long-term 1–2 year contract ✔ Opportunity to contribute to meaningful sustainability projects Interested?
