Finishing Site Manager - New Build Residential

Job Vacancy: Finishing Site Manager – New Build Residential. Location: Carmarthenshire. Start Date: ASAP. ⏳ Duration:10-12 weeks. Type: Freelance. About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager with a trades background to oversee blocks of apartments on a new build residential development for a 5* house builder in Carmarthenshire. ️ Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations within the blocks of apartments on the development. * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is delivered to spec and schedule. * Maintain H&S standards in line with current regulations. * Liaise with the Site Management team on project tracking. * Keep accurate site records and provide regular reports on progress. ✅ Requirements: * Proven track record in the new build residential space. * SMSTS. * First Aid at Work (in-date). * CSCS Card. * Knowledge of NHBC standards
