The Role As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across teams. This is a process-driven role with a strong emphasis on compliance. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating tenant check-ins and check-outs Managing phone calls and email correspondence with professionalism Supporting operations by handling day-to-day administrative tasks Key Requirements & Qualifications Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (desirable) Prior experience in an administrative or operational role (essential) Prior experience in property (essential) Certificate of Higher Education or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property and administration (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary Company pension scheme £2000 Bonus Annually 28 days annual holiday allowance (plus public holidays) Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday) Remote role with a supportive team environment Opportunities for training and career development Employee wellbeing initiatives and virtual team activities
