Senior Property Manager Full Job Description Location: Forest Gate-Stratford(Newham) Office Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday) Century 21 are expert property professionals who built our reputation as part of the world’s largest, residential estate agency. We are actively seeking a talented and experienced individual to become the focal point in our Property Management Department. The job role will include but not be limited to: * Booking and carrying out property inspections and inventories * Assessing check out report against the inventory reports to clarify deposit deductions * Touching base with tenants due to vacate their property and keeping all parties up to date * Administering any deposit dispute cases * Organising the database * Assessing inspection reports and updating landlords accordingly * Contacting both Landlord and Tenant prior to the tenancy end date and keeping the database organised * Drawing up contracts and advising on specific clauses * Maintaining renewals of property certificates * Dealing with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio * You must be able to solve all problems for each landlord and not expect them to provide a solution including maintenance issues * Liaising and co-operating with relevant Lettings Negotiators on matters pertaining to the property portfolio The successful candidate must possess: * Minimum of 1 year property management experience * Well-presented, professional with a proactive approach * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Good IT skills particularly in the use of databases * Must have attention to detail * Ability to hit deadlines and exceed targets * Must have own vehicle
