We're Hiring: Industrial Recruitment Consultant Wigan, WN3 | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, Office Hours Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment? Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in the industrial sector. What You'll Do: * Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.) * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits * Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients * Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards * Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes * Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team What We’re Looking For: * Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus) * Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills * Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed * Full UK driving licence (preferred if site visits required) What You’ll Get: * Competitive base salary uncapped commission * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Regular incentives and team socials * Career progression opportunities and industry training * Supportive, fun, and fast-paced work environment Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level?
