The Role: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, managing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service, from processing orders to advising on products and maximising sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and developing a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets. * Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service. * Processing orders and responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online. * Analysing customer spend and trends to identify growth opportunities. * Cross-selling and upselling products to increase revenue. * Managing pricing and margins effectively.
