Sales Manager – UK & Ireland Location: UK & Ireland Viridis Talent are recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the UK & Ireland within the renewable energy sector. This is a client-facing role focused on PV mounting systems and associated solutions. Key Responsibilities * Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets * Drive new customer acquisition and manage partner relationships * Provide technical product presentations and training sessions * Independently manage the sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and contracts * Collect payments in line with agreed terms * Support order reviews and customer satisfaction follow-up * Represent the business at industry events and trade shows Requirements * Technical or commercial training with sales experience in technical products * Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the PV sector * Strong knowledge of PV rooftop and ground mounting systems * Fluent English, additional languages an advantage * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Motivated, team-oriented, and confident in presentations * Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland For more information or to arrange a confidential discussion, please reach out directly
