The Opportunity: This firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law Department . This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants to handle a varied and interesting caseload, working directly with clients in a supportive, community-focused firm. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a full spectrum of family law matters , including: Divorce and separation Financial remedies and settlements Child arrangements and contact issues Cohabitation agreements Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion Providing empathetic, practical advice and maintaining the highest standards of client care Supporting the department’s business development and contributing to marketing initiatives Your Profile: Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (2 years PQE desirable but all levels considered) Sound knowledge of divorce, finances and children matters Excellent communication and client care skills, especially in sensitive situations Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team A proactive approach to business development within the local community What’s on Offer?
