Mechanical Project Manager

Time 4 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Mechanical Project Manager. Our client is an award winning, highly reputable national M&E and property Services Contractor who work in a wide selection of sectors including residential, education, commercial, health and defence. As Mechanical Project Manager you will be joining a new team, and will be based out of their new Bristol office. As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the staff on site as the projects move through various stages. Previous experience in education, hospitals, retail, commercial and residential is preferred. As Mechanical Project Manager you will be joining an established company that is already a market leader nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Be able to work from drawings and supervise a team of 20/30 plus staff. • SMSTS is essential • Previously worked on Mechanical packages on education, residential and commercial projects • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the current M&E regulations • Have a proven track record of Building Services • Have detailed knowledge on construction-based health & safety legislation. • Must be very pro-active. • Confident with Quality assurance issues. Essential Requirements: • SMSTS • Excellent communication Skills – able to liaise comfortably with client and main contractor. • Previous Mechanical Project Management experience of working in Education, Hospital and Commercial Projects. • Able to complete weekly projection costs. • Recognised, relevant qualification
