About the Role This senior leadership position will see you: * Leading the delivery of major projects and frameworks across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. * Acting as a key client liaison, building strong, long-term relationships. * Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business. * Providing technical leadership, ensuring quality standards are upheld across all commissions. * Managing and mentoring a team of surveyors, supporting their professional growth and MRICS progression. * Taking responsibility for financial performance, business development, and resource planning. About the Requirements * MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience. * Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing key accounts. * Strong business development and networking skills with an ability to win work. * Experience in team leadership and mentoring. * Commercially astute with a strategic mindset. * Excellent communicator, comfortable influencing at Board level.
