Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A new opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing regional contractor who are recruiting due to continued expansion and a strong forward order book. Based from their office in the Leeds area the company operate across the commercial and industrial new build sectors, as well as covering some elements of civils. As Quantity Surveyor you will join a small, very friendly commercial team, and will be primarily responsible for day to day quantity surveying duties of given projects. To be considered for this role you should fit the following criteria; * Have a proven track record operating in an Assistant or Intermediate level Quantity Surveying position, ideally within a Main Contracting environment * Experience in the commercial build sector would be preferred, on project values up to £2 - 3m. * Good communication skills. * Would ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor at an Assistant to intermediate level who is looking to develop and run their own projects.
