Competitive salary (£26,500 DOE) Overtime opportunities discretionary bonus Private healthcare Career progression, training & development Generous holidays Christmas shutdown Regular social staff events What you'll be doing: Picking, packing and quality-checking equipment Cleaning and maintaining products (wet work) Keeping the yard safe, tidy and running smoothly Loading/unloading equipment and handling manual tasks Occasionally travelling to sites across the UK for installations (with overnight stays when required) About you: Physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude Willing to learn and develop your skills Previous experience in a yard or construction environment is ideal A Counterbalance and CSCS Labour Card (CITB) would be an advantage - but not essential as full training and PPE are provided This role is based near Wyboston, easily commutable from Bedford, St Neots and surrounding areas.
