Pay: £270.00-£280.00 per day Job description: Job Title: Site Manager Location: Sainsbury Way, Hessle, HU13 9NS Start Date: 05/10/2025 Duration: 5 weeks Key Requirement – CSCS Card: Only candidates with proven experience working on similar retail stores will be considered. Certifications Required: * SMSTS * CSCS Card BLACK * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Marshall * First Aid About You: * You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live Sainsburys or retail store environment. * You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. * You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors. Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements. * Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
