We are looking for an experienced Roofer on behalf of our client based in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas Salary: £31,363 per year On Target Earnings up to £4,000 Driving Licence Required: Yes (Clean) What We Offer 23 days annual leave bank holidays, with flexible working options 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more Ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp Company van and fuel card included with On Target Earnings Your Role • Identifying and rectifying roofing defects • Surveying and placing slates/tiles in isolated patches • Removing and replacing full roof coverings across various styles • Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles • Repairing and replacing lead valleys • Pointing, repairing, rebuilding chimney stacks and renewing chimney pots • Repairing mineral felt and asphalt flat roof coverings • Renewing and repairing lead flashing to chimneys and lead upstands • Liaising with customers and interpreting written/verbal instructions, drawings, diagrams, and calculations • Using measuring equipment accurately What We’re Looking For • Time-served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship • NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Roofing • Competent in all aspects of roofing, especially maintenance on domestic properties and high-rise blocks • Experience working in confined spaces • Valid UK driving licence (essential) • CSCS card holder • Asbestos awareness certification • Own tools required If you are interested in this position, then please click apply
