Skills & Experience * Proven project management experience in larger scale construction projects. * Experience in rainscreen cladding would be desirable * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Extensive knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations. * Budgeting and scheduling expertise. * Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Primavera (or similar).
