Konnect are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a high-end townhouse development in the prestigious Notting Hill area. Requirements: * Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects. * Experience working with developers on bespoke / luxury schemes. * Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
