Surfacing Manager – Tar Surfacing Central Belt (Hybrid – Site & Office) | Permanent | Company Vehicle | Competitive DOE Tec-Source are recruiting for an experienced Surfacing Manager to join a busy team covering sites across the Central Belt. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of tar/asphalt surfacing projects, leading site teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. What You’ll Do * Manage day-to-day surfacing operations * Plan labour, plant, materials & subcontractors * Supervise site teams, ensuring safety & performance * Monitor costs, productivity & programme delivery * Liaise with clients & stakeholders * Ensure all works meet quality & H&S standards What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in surfacing management (asphalt/tar) * Strong knowledge of surfacing techniques, plant & equipment * SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, NRSWA or similar (preferred) * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Strong leadership, organisational & client-facing skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Company vehicle * Permanent role with long-term prospects * Supportive and established team environment Apply now with your CV to Tec-Source
