Contracts Manager – Civils & Highways Black Country / West Midlands ⏰ 07:00 – 16:30 | Temp to Perm Valued Hire Group are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a civils and highways background, capable of managing projects from award through to completion. Responsibilities: * Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget * Manage site resources including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors * Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met * Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: * Proven experience in civils and highways project management * SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (NRSWA desirable but not essential) * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence – travel to various sites across the West Midlands is required What’s on Offer: * Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate * Competitive rate * Long-term career prospects with an established contractor To apply or find out more, please contact Maddie on (phone number removed)
