Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting an award winning business as the look to hire a Microsoft 365 specialist to work closely with their client base, and help maximise opportunities and results from the tools that they already use. This role is very much hands on, and while you will have a strong technical knowledge, you will also be comfortable speaking to people of all levels as you train and inspire clients the full extent and possibilities within the Microsoft 365 suite of applications. Responsibilities: Creating and delivering effective in-person and online training programs on Microsoft 365, digital workplace tools, and custom solutions Giving training materials a developer's eye for detail and structure to guarantee understanding, accessibility, and quantifiable results Assisting others, establishing high standards, and assisting the team in developing its potential. Developing training that eases clients' working life by closely collaborating with them to understand their problems. Assisting with digital transformation projects by analysing needs, integrating adoption, and altering behaviour. Monitor how well training is delivered by gathering feedback, gauging learner progress, and reporting outcomes.
