Job Description

A technically astute Building Surveyor, who can bring an awareness of traditional Building Surveying skills is now needed by a small but well connected Building Consultancy, who have a proud habit of putting Building Surveyors through their APC and promoting within their practice. The Building Surveyor will have a hybrid option. The Building Surveyor Role Working within multiple markets, and support a myriad of clients such as High End Commercial clients, Media firms, Sporting organisations and Super Prime Residential, the Building Surveyor can expect to work on condition surveys, dilapidations, TDD, Contract Admin, Employers Agent and Project Management. APC mentors/Senior Chartered Building Surveyors will be provided, and they currently have a 98% pass rate for new Building Surveyor. Additionally you can be expect yearly reviews to be promoted towards Senior Building Surveyor. Projects range between £0.5m - £6m. The Building Surveyor Has a Consultancy / Private practice background 2-5 years experience Shows some understanding of Building defects, Party Wall, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys Appetite to become MRICS Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate Enthusiastic character Confident in front of a variety of clientsIn return £40,000 - £50,000 Car/Travel allowance paid 25 days annual leave Additional company benefits Competitive Pension contribution MRICS memberships paid for APC Support Opportunity to join an employee focused Building Consultancy Genuine scope for career growth Great support networkIf you are a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Luke Carroll at Ernest and Florent.
