Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES Update data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Processing data to produce routine reports, schedules, other documents requested. Reconciling daily volumes and submitting statistics to superior Processing and printing of job cards. Receiving and issuing of reconnections Assist with customer queries Assist with any documentation administration tasks Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required. Submitting required reports to management. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and mailing documents. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in finance or related department EXPERIENCE 0-2 years experience in Administration role SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Microsoft Office Verbal and Written Communication Attention to detail Organizational skills Time Management Problem Solving
