Maintenance Manager - Number Two Piggeries

Requirements: Previous maintenance experience or completion of maintenance-related courses will be an advantage. Fit and healthy enough to perform hard physical work in an outdoor setting, including lifting, carrying, bending, and tool/equipment operation. Basic knowledge of pigs and a genuine passion for working with them. Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills. Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to high standards of animal care. Understanding of biosecurity, animal welfare, and agricultural regulations Leadership potential and team management abilities. Effective communication skills. Relevant agricultural qualification or training is an advantage but not essential. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
