REQUIREMENTS Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial Clear Criminal and ITC record Valid SA Drivers License Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
