Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities Drive profitability and manage department budgets Report on sales performance to senior management Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards 3 years of experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised dealership Proven track record of leading successful sales teams Strong understanding of the automotive sales process and customer journey Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Valid drivers license
