Head of Technology - Energy and Utilities A global energy company with its headquarters in Asia is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Technology to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This leadership role drives innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions that support the company's growth and transformation. Responsibilities Oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, end-user support, and workplace technology. Refine and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Engage with senior stakeholders to co-create efficient and user-friendly solutions, while managing service delivery and IT operations across the organization. Requirements Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong track record in managing enterprise systems, infrastructure, and workplace technologies; expertise in cloud platforms and IT governance frameworks.
