We’re Hiring: Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (MASH) Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico Company: Schutz México Are you an experienced leader in industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management within the chemical or manufacturing industry? Do you want to shape a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting people, assets, and operations? At Schutz México , we’re looking for an EHS Manager (MASH) to lead and strengthen our integrated management systems and corporate risk prevention strategy. Ideal Profile: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing or chemical industries. Strong knowledge of Mexican regulations (STPS, Civil Protection, SEMARNAT) and international standards. Hands-on experience with audits, risk analysis, emergency response, training programs, and safety brigades. Proficiency in integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, Industry Clean, etc.). Advanced English proficiency. ️ Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement EHS and asset protection management systems. Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across operations. Coordinate emergency plans, internal brigades, training, and safety campaigns. Develop and track KPIs such as PSIR, TRIR, IAS, and continuous improvement plans. Represent the company before authorities and external audits. Drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
