Job Description

Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for a Head Center Director! Role Overview: As Centre Director , you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and sustainability of the Delivery Centre. This includes overseeing hiring, employee assignment to Service Delivery teams, talent development, quality assurance, technology, information security, and compliance. You will work closely with Client Engagement Executives/Directors to set objectives and manage performance for Service Delivery Managers. You’ll play a key role in supporting Delivery Excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global BPO Location Strategy, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting to global functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support all operational and support areas within the Centre to meet quality standards. Develop strategies and provide guidance to overcome operational challenges. Host the Centre’s Information Security Officer and ensure compliance with security protocols. Oversee selected client service delivery operations within the Centre. Represent the Centre’s capabilities to clients, including branding, talent, and technology. Participate in client meetings, offering insights and actionable plans. Ensure legal and policy compliance across all Centre operations. Provide financial visibility and insights when required. Drive strategic initiatives for growth and increased exposure of the Centre. Qualifications 15–20 years of proven experience as a Site or Center Director in the BPO industry. Willingness and availability to relocate to Aguascalientes, Mexico . Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing corporate deals within a BPO context. Strong knowledge of financial processes, including interpretation and presentation of results. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions. People-oriented leadership approach. Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
