What you’ll be doing Promotion Strategy: Develop and present guidelines for effective promotions and trade strategies. Pricing Opportunities: Identify and recommend market pricing opportunities through targeted analysis. Mix & Promo Optimization: Lead analysis to optimize product mix and promotional activities for better business decisions. Performance Evaluation: Produce reports to assess sales outcomes and support recommendations for category growth and profitability. Tool Development: Design and adapt analytical tools that align with European processes and fulfill local market needs. We are looking for someone with Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or similar. Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of P&L. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and market data tools (Nielsen, Circana). Fluent in English and Italian.
