Carpentry Supervisor / Foreman

We’re looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to take ownership of the final stages on a luxury residential development for a well-respected, medium-sized developer. This role is all about quality, detail, and pride in the finished product. The role will be based between Oxford / Reading / and Hampshire and is a temp - perm position. The Role As Carpentry Foreman, you will lead all finishing trades to ensure every element is delivered to the highest possible standard. You’ll play a hands-on role in inspections, problem-solving, and driving the project to a flawless handover. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, flooring, snagging, etc.) * Carry out detailed quality inspections, quickly addressing any defects * Work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth delivery * Maintain strict health & safety standards across all finishing works * Drive the programme to meet deadlines without compromising quality About You * Proven track record as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential projects * CSCS Card essential (higher-level qualifications desirable) * Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for top-quality finishes * Confident leader with excellent communication skills * Able to read and interpret technical drawings * Previous experience with medium-sized developers is a strong advantage * Solid knowledge of current H&S regulations What’s On Offer * The chance to deliver a prestigious residential scheme with a recognised developer * Competitive salary and benefits * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Real career development opportunities If you are available please apply by submitting your application online or get in contact with James at Ridgeway & Co on contact details provided
