They provide complex mechanical and electrical solutions whilst focussing on sustainability. Working alongside other construction professionals such as architects and developers, project managers and major contractors you will create reliable and innovative building services designs. Responsibilities * Working as part of a friendly collaborative design team delivering detailed designs on a wide variety of projects. * Leading project surveys * Feasibility studies * Project design * Specifications * On-site supervision * Contract administration * Management of mechanical services installations * Overseeing and guiding junior engineers Experience and Skills Required * At least 5 years mechanical design experience within building services. * A degree in a relevant subject or accredited building services degree. * Clear communication skills with a willingness and enthusiasm to continue to learn and evolve * Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members * Project experience across different sectors of the industry
