Job Description
Anderson Knight are delighted to be recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic and professional team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to teams and departments as required Manage and maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner Schedule meetings, book appointments, and manage calendars Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Support in organising internal and external events or meetings Order and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic finance tasks Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (1 years preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy A proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving and task ownership This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in administration within a supportive and professional environment.
