Enterprise Architect | B2B & Retail | ERP | WMS | Outside IR35 Wholesale | Transport & Logistics | Business Transformation | Warehouse Automation | Stakeholder Engagement SR2 is supporting a large-scale business transformation programme investing in new ERP, WMS, and warehouse automation systems. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep retail and B2B expertise — someone who can operate at a senior level, and engage directly with executive stakeholders. This is a pivotal role in shaping and guiding a major transformation programme across wholesale, retail, and logistics functions. You’ll provide architectural leadership, advise on technology choices, and ensure alignment across ERP, warehouse management, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise architecture across ERP, WMS, and warehouse automation programmes Provide strategic input to transformation roadmap and investment cases Liaise with senior stakeholders across retail, wholesale, transport, and manufacturing Align business requirements with technical delivery and long-term architecture goals Offer consultancy on best practice for large-scale business/ERP transformationIdeal Experience: Strong Enterprise Architect/Consultant background within retail and B2B sectors Proven experience in transport, logistics, or manufacturing environments Expertise in ERP and WMS transformation programmes Gravitas and credibility to influence C-level stakeholders Strong communicator, comfortable shaping direction in complex programmesThe Details: Outside IR35 £700 per day 6 months initial engagement Start: ASAP Mostly remote with occasional London office visitsIf you’re an Enterprise Architect with a track record of delivering major business transformation in retail, logistics, and ERP/WMS environments — apply now for immediate consideration
