Your responsibilities as an Graduate Building Surveyor: The Graduate Building Surveyor will work on building surveys, involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues. Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance. Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects. Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance. Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.What does the Graduate Building Surveyor need? A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field. Ideally some consultancy experience would be preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail. An eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Surveyor. £35,000 - £40,000 salary - Dependant on experienceMentorship from experienced professionals.
