Key Responsibilities: * Lead the investigation and agreement of requirements for new or modified functionalities in key line-of-business applications. * Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives. * Oversee risk management for projects and collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes. * Provide training and ongoing support to end users, maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems configuration and processes. * Ensure adherence to corporate policies, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Objectives: * Deliver effective Business Analysis skills to support projects aligned with the organisation’s strategic business plan. * Contribute to the profitability and success of the organisation through effective implementation of business developments. What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills: * Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM is crucial — we seek an individual with practical experience in managing, configuring, and optimising Oracle's Human Capital Management platform to align with strategic HR and business objectives. * In-depth understanding of business systems and their operational significance. * Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills. * Experience in a hybrid team environment and a background in customer service or stakeholder management. Desirable Skills: * Familiarity with systems supporting HR, finance, or data management. * Experience with project management tools and data analytics.
