Project Manager

Our client, a growing Design & Build fit-out contractor, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join their team with a clear path to progress into an Operations Director role. This is a key opportunity for someone looking to grow with a business and take on more strategic responsibility over time. Projects typically range from £250k to £5m and include CAT A and CAT B D&B fit-outs across London, with some nationwide coverage. You’ll take full ownership of project delivery while gaining exposure to wider aspects of the business as it scales. Key responsibilities include: Managing D&B fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion Leading site delivery, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining programme and budget control Ensuring excellent client communication and project documentation Supporting operational improvements and future business growth Training and development will be provided in: Tendering and bid strategy Pitching and client negotiation Managing PCSA and pre-construction stages This is an ideal role for a delivery-focused Project Manager ready to expand their skillset and take the next step towards senior leadership within a dynamic and growing contractor
