We’re looking for hungry, career-oriented Recruiters & Sales professionals to join our team We’re one of the UK’s leading Interior Design, HVAC & Decarbonisation recruitment Consultancies, widely recognised within our chosen sectors. Joining our team means stepping into a structured, ongoing training programme where you’ll learn directly from high-performing recruiters and industry-leading trainers with over 30 years of proven experience. We’re looking for a seasoned Recruiter to take the lead on our Interior Design desk. We’ve partnered with award-winning studios, luxury residential practices, high-end FF&E specialists and commercial workplace consultancies. You’ll be working on a mixture of contingent & retained assignments, with roles ranging from Midweight & Senior Interior Designers, through to Studio Directors and Heads of Design. You should expect fees of 15–25%, with salaries typically ranging from £40K to £150K. Our close-knit team works collaboratively to consistently exceed individual & team targets.
