Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working with a respected Local Authority, based in Lincolnshire, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to take on varied and interesting work within a supportive public sector environment, while retaining flexibility through remote working. Key Responsibilities: This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work , with a particular emphasis on: Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 ). Sale and purchase of land. Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters). Benefits included with the position: Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Remote working. Flexible hours. We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
