Primary Health Nurse/Clinic Sister

Minimum requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Registered Nurse/Sister, and has more than 5 years experience in a similar role. Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Management Manage day-to-day clinic operations Oversee clinic facilities Building cleanliness Reporting of defects or maintenance needs Monitor and manage equipment Stock control and inventory management Clinical Services Attend to private and general patients on an appointment basis Care for patients physical, emotional, and mental health Arrange and manage visits to outlying farms Maintain accurate patient records Be available for emergencies Manage night shift injuries Obtain necessary information from the Department of Labour Report injuries to the Department of Labour Follow up on patient recovery and schedule future visits/follow-ups Pharmacy Management Provide excellent client service Manage stock and inventory Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements General administration Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly reports Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements Stay updated with the latest information and guidelines Attend regular training sessions Renew Basic Life Support (BLS) certification every two years Review and apply updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually to meet expected standards Consultant: MERIǪUE GOUWS - Dante Personnel Greenstone
