Production Manager Coating and Lining

DUTIES Ensure the coating and lining manufacturing process meets the required customer specifications Ensure effective and efficient process set up of coating and lining operations Formulate, implement, inspect, document and monitor systems for operational effectiveness Installation of process improvements Problem solving Monitor waste control Ensure compliance to Health & Safety standards REQUIREMENTS Qualification in Chemical/Polymer Science Minimum of 5 years experience a manufacturing/engineering environment with anti-corrosive application and specifications Knowledge of FBE, cohesive coting and HDE coating application and specifications NACE corrosion / SAIW coating certification Must be willing to work shifts
